November 2013.
C&RT Volunteers at Llanymynech.
C&RT Volunteers were working at Llanymynech, clearing overgrown scrub and removing
Ivy that was damaging the structures in this popular heritage area.
This was once the centre of a very industrial area that included quarries, wharfs,
tramways and the nearby lime kilns that had been left to the ravages of nature.
Volunteers are now working to preserve it for future generations.
Visitors now come from all over the world to see this interesting area.
